João Teixeira de Faria, known to the

world as John of God, is an ordinary

man with an extraordinary faith. For

about 50 years, he’s been fulfilling his

mission of service to all who come for

help and healing. As John usually says,

he has never healed anybody; God and

the “good spirits” are the only ones who

can perform this task.
